Following months of development, the Pennsylvania Association for Rational Sexual Offense Laws (PARSOL) is excited to share the launch of the PARSOL Statewide Wiki. This collection of resources has been curated for Pennsylvanians with sexual harm convictions and affected by the “Pennsylvania Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act” (PA SORNA), sometimes (inaccurately) referred to as “PA Megan’s Law.”
“This new tool is designed to serve as a living, community-driven directory of reentry resources across Pennsylvania, from treatment providers, transportation options, and community support programs,” said PARSOL’s Managing Director John Dawe, “The Wiki allows users to easily browse information by county, share local insights, and help others find pathways to stability and hope after incarceration and registration.”
Addressing Pennsylvanians required to register, PARSOL Wikimaster Josiah Krammes added, “The work has just begun on this resource, and our work is far from over. This project will only succeed with help from people who know their communities best: you.”
PARSOL is asking Pennsylvania residents, advocates, and allies to submit friendly local reentry resources in your area to contact@parsol.org. Whether it is a supportive landlord, an employer open to second chances, a faith-based organization, or a reentry program that treats people with dignity, your knowledge can make a difference for someone trying to rebuild their life.
Every submission helps us expand the reach and impact of the PARSOL Wiki, bringing together information that too often remains hidden or fragmented.
Together, we can create a comprehensive, community-sourced hub for returning citizens and their families, one that reflects the compassion, collaboration, and courage of those working toward fair treatment and successful reintegration in Pennsylvania.
