Eligibility Details:

Scholarship is available to PARSOL subscribers. If you are not already subscribed to PARSOL we will subscribe you upon receipt of this form to qualify.

PARSOL is using a means-tested way to determine eligibility. If you participate in any means-tested federal or state assistance, you are eligible for assistance. If you do not qualify under means-tested programs, you can still apply, subject to funding availability. Means-tested eligible programs include: Social Security Supplemental Income (SSI), Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Benefits, and/or Medicaid Benefits.

Financial Aid Recipients will have their registration fee covered less $18. Recipients will receive a special code that makes their registration fee $18 and must pay it to qualify.

When reviewing applications, the PARSOL team may use other factors to determine eligibility including volunteerism, distance traveling, and whether lodging will be required.

Please describe your primary interest in attending the PARSOL Conference.

Please choose if any of the following apply to you:

I am a Person Forced to Register [PFR] (or similar)

I am an immediate family member of a PFR

I am a reentrant with less than 18 months out of jail/prison.

If approved to attend, I will need to cover lodging expenses for one night.

If approved to attend, I will need to cover lodging expenses for two nights.

I am a student at a Pennsylvania accredited institution of higher education.

AGREEMENT to TERMS

I agree that I wil lbe responsible for securing and paying my own costs associated with travel, lodging, and meals outside of the three provided on the conference day.

I agree that approval of this application in no way obligates PARSOL to pay any additional costs associated with attending the conference either in advance, during, or after.

I understand that, if approved, my registration fee will be waved except for $18 which I will be responsible for paying promptly.

I agree that my statements made on this application are true and that I will provide PARSOL verification of my eligibility if requested.
