PARSOL Presents: Perspectives - Ten Days til SCOPA Hearing
The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania will be hearing oral arguments for round two of Commonwealth v. Torsilieri on Tuesday, May 23 in Harrisburg. In anticipation of this long-awaited moment, PARSOL’s legal analyst will take an in-depth look at how the precedent-setting cases of Alleyne v. U.S. and Apprendi v. New Jersey play a significant role in the upcoming hearing.
