This article sheds much needed light on the extreme restrictions that Miami-Dade County forces on those on the registry. These drastic restrictions cause many to live like nomads in tent cities. It raises the question that anyone on the registry faces - when does the punishment end? As new restrictions are proposed nationwide, where do they live, work, and sleep? How do they re-enter society after paying their debt to it? Or should they just be banished?
